In early 2016, The Red Door® was asked to address the many issues of bullying at K.C.Thackeray Vidya Niketan. We recognized these were layered at multiple levels whereby with every layer addressed, another layer surfaced making someone else cry. Much like peeling onions. It was understood that once the Pandora's box is open this would be the case and we couldn't close it nor walk away from it.

Bullying has been a huge part of The Red Door® doer's life and story. Most members of The Red Door® have realized how bullying is the cause of mental health issues at many levels even amongst adults. Most importantly is the rise of self-bullying which is born from self-victimization that needs to change.

We believe that empowering children early by providing them with the right skills and knowledge through experiential learning is the secret of preventing mental health issues later on. And we've done that in just a few months. 

The children involved in this project are brilliant empaths and are here to change the world. Through therapeutic disciplining, they are our first batch of The Red Door® Changemakers Club.
