Compliments as a superpower

We all pass the majority of our lives without realizing a few superpowers that we possess.

We may be neglecting them due to our busy lives or our abilities that are distinct powers in themselves.

Our first superpower is giving a compliment but not a compliment that is irrelevant or untrue but a genuine compliment that is true to the person. This can simply be regarding their abilities or their character strength.

By using this superpower, you share with them your positive energy and also spark a tremendous amount of confidence in them. This superpower is crucial for those who have yet not managed to discover their abilities and for those who are in despair due to their previous failures. To compliment the second kind of people may seem difficult but because you have failed to get into the depths of their personality and trace their strengths that may be abilities or their character traits. By giving a compliment you’ll give them positive energy that will turn to positive thinking and positive actions. Use this superpower to motivate people when you find people crushed by the pain and stress of failure.

The next superpower that everyone possesses is to share skills and abilities. Not everybody knows everything or can do everything so we have to keep learning from others and improving ourselves. There is always room for improvement and by learning new skills we keep minimizing this gap inch by inch and no one can ever terminate the gap.

When I know something that my teammate doesn’t I possess the power to improve his abilities.

When you see people incapable of doing some work and you know you are good at it, you must have the sense of responsibility to introduce that skill to them.

Let me say this, that we’re not humans but we’re all superheroes, directing our efforts towards the improvement of the human race.
